Ramaya (Novelty Belt House) sells belts, wallets, and leather/faux leather accessories. Please note the following:

• Product images shown in our store or on any digital platform are for representation purposes only. Actual colour, texture, and finish may vary slightly due to photography lighting, screen settings, or natural material variation.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product, design, or SKU at any time without prior notice.
• We do not guarantee that all products displayed will be available in stock at all times.

03 Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

• We accept payment via cash, UPI, cards, net banking, or any other mode as available at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to revise prices at any time. The price applicable at the time of your purchase will be honoured for that transaction.
• In case of any pricing error due to a technical or manual mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund where applicable.

04 Orders & Order Acceptance

For online orders (if applicable), an order is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from us via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to fulfil delivery.
• If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time.

05 Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched as per our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery timelines mentioned are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or local restrictions beyond our control. Tracking details (where applicable) will be shared once the order is dispatched.

06 Exchange, Return & Refund

All exchanges, returns, and refunds are governed by our Exchange & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully before making a purchase. In summary:

• We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase/delivery, subject to the product being unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded as per our policy.

07 Product Care & Disclaimer

Belts and leather accessories are subject to natural wear over time depending on usage, exposure to water, heat, sweat, and other external conditions. Ramaya (Novelty Belt House) is not liable for wear and tear arising from normal use after the product has been delivered in good condition.

• We recommend following any care instructions provided with the product to extend its life.
• Some customers may have sensitivity to certain materials or hardware used in accessories. Please check product details carefully before purchase. We are not responsible for reactions arising from individual material sensitivity.

All content related to Ramaya and Novelty Belt House — including but not limited to the brand name, trade name, logos, product photographs, and marketing material — is the property of Novelty Belt House and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

09 User Conduct

When interacting with our business — whether in store, over WhatsApp, phone, or online — you agree not to:

• Misuse our customer care channels for spam, abusive communication, or fraudulent claims.
• Provide false or misleading information while placing an order or raising a complaint.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or harms our business operations.

10 Limitation of Liability

Ramaya (Novelty Belt House) makes every effort to ensure product quality and accurate information. However:

• We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free or that every order will be fulfilled without delay.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
