Return, Exchange & Refund Policy — Ramaya Jewellery

We want you to love what you order from Ramaya. Please read our policy below carefully before placing your order, as it forms part of the agreement between you and us at the time of purchase.

Our Policy in Simple Words

  • We do not offer returns or refunds if you simply change your mind or do not like the product.
  • We do offer exchanges if you wish to switch your product for a different size, design, or item of equal value.
  • If your product arrives broken, damaged, or defective, we will replace it — no questions asked, subject to the conditions below.

1. Exchange Policy (Change of Mind, Wrong Size, etc.)

  • If you wish to exchange a product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchanges can be done for a different size, design, or another product of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by customer if applicable).
  • Sale items, customised pieces, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for exchange unless damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a broken, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send us clear photos/videos of the product and packaging to contact@ramayajewellery.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 99681 20879 or +91 98111 15935.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement of the same product. If the product is out of stock, we will offer you a suitable alternative or store credit.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange

You have two easy options:

  • Online orders: Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for exchange.
  • In-store: Walk into any Ramaya store with your order invoice/receipt, and our team will assist you with an exchange directly.

4. Repair & Re-Polishing Services

Ramaya products are made with care, but everyday wear can affect plating and shine over time. We offer repair and re-polishing services at all our store locations. Simply walk in with your product, and our team will guide you on the process and any applicable charges.

Refunds are only applicable in cases where a replacement for a damaged/defective product is not available and store credit is not preferred by the customer. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
