At Ramaya, we ship across India and worldwide. Please read the details below carefully so there is no confusion about delivery time, charges, and customs duties.
Domestic Shipping (India)
Shipping Charges (Prepaid Orders)
- Standard shipping on all orders above ₹99
- Express shipping available at a flat rate of ₹249, irrespective of order value

In the Delhi NCR region, we offer same-day or next-day delivery options, as well as an express delivery option that takes just 4 hours.
Please note that express shipping charges vary based on the customer's delivery location within Delhi NCR and product availability. Keep this in mind while ordering, or contact us immediately for Delhi NCR delivery.
Note: Orders going to remote pin codes/postcodes may take 2–3 additional working days for delivery, regardless of the shipping option selected.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide — USA, UAE, Australia, Europe, and the rest of the world — via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means customs duties are prepaid and included at checkout, so your parcel is not stopped for duty payment at your doorstep.

Note on Home Decor orders: Home decor items are heavier and bulkier than jewellery. Shipping on these orders is calculated by actual/volumetric weight and may cost more than the flat rates above. The exact charge will be shown at checkout before you pay — no hidden costs.
Customs Duties
- Standard customs duties are already included in your shipping charge under our DDP policy.
- In rare cases, your country's customs authority may levy an additional local charge (e.g. broker fee, local tax reassessment, or country-specific import rule) not covered under standard DDP. If this happens, the amount is payable by the customer directly to the courier or local authority — Ramaya has no control over these region-specific charges.
- If your delivery address falls under a remote area (as classified by our shipping partner), an additional USD 15–20 may apply. We will email you before processing the order — no surprise charges.
General Shipping Notes
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before they are handed over to our courier partners.
- You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
- Delivery timelines mentioned above are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or local restrictions beyond our control.
