At Ramaya, we ship across India and worldwide. Please read the details below carefully so there is no confusion about delivery time, charges, and customs duties.
Domestic Shipping (India)

- Standard shipping on all orders above ₹150
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,599
- Express shipping available at a flat rate of ₹249, irrespective of order value

In the Delhi NCR region, we offer same-day or next-day delivery options, as well as an express delivery option that takes just 4 hours.
Please note that express shipping charges vary based on the customer's delivery location within Delhi NCR and product availability. Keep this in mind while ordering, or contact us immediately for Delhi NCR delivery.
Note: Orders going to remote pin codes/postcodes may take 2–3 additional working days for delivery, regardless of the shipping option selected.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, including to the USA, UAE, Australia, Europe, and other parts of Asia.
- All shipping charges and customs duties for international orders are to be borne by the customer.
- Customs duties and additional shipping charges (as applicable in your country) will be payable by you upon delivery or as informed by the courier partner.
- If you choose express delivery and your address falls under a remote area (as classified by our shipping partners), an additional charge of USD 15–20 may apply. This will be communicated to you via email before your order is processed, so there are no surprises.
General Shipping Notes
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before they are handed over to our courier partners.
- You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
